We offer a 24hour call out service for those emergency repairs that will not wait whilst offering flexible appointment times for planned maintenance work.

When a job is completed we will arrange a visit two weeks after in order to ensure that you are satisfied with the works. We understand that you require time to use your home before any snagging issues are noticed, therefore our visit is an opportunity for you to have any issued rectified. This all form part of our five star aftercare service.

Drains in Motion are experienced in working in the property management sector, our services include working with block property management companies, estate agents and landlords direct. We provide a fast, reliable and competitive service to meet our client's needs. Our engineers are all fully qualified and experienced with work carried out in accordance with the required Health & Safety regulations. 

Planning Projects 

Maintenance work in this sector are carefully planned and managed with minimal interruption to residents and tenants living in properties. By liaising closely with clients we are able to plan and schedule emergency work or pre planned maintenance work to be carried out at times to suit - including implementing noisy, disruptive activities out of normal working hours in order to meet deadlines. We offer survey reports and detailed programmes of work on larger projects such as section 20 works and insurance claims.
